Car Lifting Platform

Designed for the vertical transport of vehicles (cars) with its occupants. Replaces the garage entrance ramp when it is not possible to built it, for space reasons. Suitable for installation in buildings with garage for single-family use or for few multi-family housing unit's garage.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

• Maximum load: 2.500 kg.
• Maximum travel: 4.50 metres.
• Pit: 0.45 m for travels up to 3.80 m. For a maximum travel of 4.50 m, a pit of 0.80 m is needed.
• Headroom:: 2.75 m in all cases.
• Speed-Power relation in elevation:
• - 0.05 m/s with motor 4 h.p. 230 V three-phase and single-phase.
• - 0.10 m/s with motor 10.5 h.p. 400 V three-phase.
• - 0.15 m/s with motor 13 h.p. 400 V three-phase

Usable platform surface: there are sixteen usable surface posibilities provided where to place the vehicle:

These measurements were choosen, taking into consideration the sizes of almost all the cars in the European market.

Protection walls:

Concerning the guiderail side, the platform is equipped with a full barrier wall which covers all its lenght with a height of 2.00 m. The other three sides are covered by immaterial barriers, consisting of three photoelectric light curtains within a range of 1.5 m which prevent the platform from operating whilst the vehicle is not correctly placed.

Doors:

As for the platform accesses, officially approved sectional typed garage doors will be installed. They are equipped with a device that prevents the platform from operating if one of the doors is not correctly closed or from opening the doors if the platform is not correctly positioned in its corresponding floor.
