ELESER offers a wide range of goods only lifts weighing from 100 Kg up to 10,000 Kg. They apply different levels of design in order to meet the needs of a greater number of companies.

General features:

  • Designed to meet the needs of vertical goods transportation.
  • Hydraulically operated platform, specifically designed for lifting goods.
  • Installation within a closed shaft with resistant walls, enclosure manufactured from metal building materials.
  • As protective and safety measures, all entrances must have an access door with electric and mechanic interlocking.
  • Automatic relevelling (optional), the platform floor remains constantly level when loading and unloading.
  • Anti-slip flooring.
  • Barriers to secure the load. The barriers surround the entire perimeter of the service lift, except for the goods entrance. ELESER provides options to adapt this to the company’s needs.

Technical Features

  • Service lifts can travel up to 12 metres and perform up to 5 stops. Special made-to-measure platforms allow greater distances with more stops.
  • The platform slides along adjustable cone-shaped steel rollers.
  • Single-acting pistons, with a 2:1 or 4:1 force ratio.
  • Hydraulic system motor pump group, with a 1,500 rpm asynchronous motor and gear pump.
  • Goods lift speed from 0.10 meters/s to 0.20 meters/s.
  • Control panels (buttons) are installed at each entrance and have buttons for calling and resending the goods lift to all floors.
  • Automatic manoeuvre: 24Vcc.
  • Motors: 230/400 Vca three-phase , 230 Vca single-phase.

Lifts with the CE marking, which allows the product to be sold in any country within the European Union.
