The objective of this Privacy Policy is to inform users about the website of ROBLES ELESER S.L. (hereinafter Eleser), hosted at http://www.eleser.es with regard to the company´s policy as responsible of the files and the use and treatment of the collected personal data, and the user´s right to decide if they want to supply Eleser certain data the company may require or collect deriving from the use of some services offered within this website.

Eleser guarantees compliance with the provisions of the Fundamental Law (Ley Orgánica) 15/1999, of December, 13th, of the LOPD (Law on Personal Data Protection), the Royal Decree 1720/2007 and other applicable laws, and informs the users that the personal information collected through the different mechanisms will be filed in a file owned by Eleser. This file is duly registered at the RGPD, which assumes the technical, organizational and safety measures that guarantee the confidentiality and integrity of the information.
